Rapid Response and Any-Brand Support
When equipment on a project develops problems, the cost of waiting is usually far higher than the cost of the fix. With offices in Norway and China, we can dispatch engineers to most European or Asian locations within 48 hours. We stock critical spares for our own equipment and have working relationships with suppliers for common offshore hydraulic and sensor components.
We don’t only support Norwegian Dynamics equipment. Our engineers have decades of experience with motion compensation and hydraulic systems from multiple manufacturers. If your existing equipment is giving trouble and the original supplier is slow, uninterested, or no longer in business, we can often diagnose and repair it. For more significant issues we can engineer a retrofit or upgrade.
Operational Technicians for Offshore Lifts
For complex lifting operations using heave compensation, we can provide experienced technicians to operate the equipment during the lift itself. This is particularly valuable for crews that don’t routinely work with heave compensation and want an experienced hand on the system.
