Installation & Commissioning

Field Capabilities

On-Site Commissioning and Integration

Offshore equipment rarely behaves exactly like the FAT setup once it is integrated with a vessel, crane, or subsea intervention system. Real-world power quality, hydraulic interfaces, control system integration, and wave-induced vibration all introduce variables that are easier to resolve with experienced engineers on-site than remotely.

We send engineers to the installation site to supervise the process, verify performance against specification, and resolve issues on the spot. For subsea equipment, we support quayside integration, pressure testing, and — where possible — wet commissioning before deployment.

Global Reach and Handover

Our field engineers hold OPITO-approved offshore certifications (BOSIET, MIST) and can mobilise worldwide. With offices in Norway and China, we can typically reach European or Asian projects within 48 hours. We offer English and Mandarin speaking service technicians, which matters on projects with mixed international crews.

Commissioning is not finished until the customer’s operators understand how the equipment behaves. We run hands-on familiarisation sessions at handover, cover normal operation, maintenance points, and fault response procedures, and leave behind documentation written for the people who will actually use it.
