Operator, Maintenance, and Engineering Training
Hands-on training for offshore crew and onshore maintenance teams. We cover the physics of heave compensation (why the equipment does what it does), normal operation, routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and emergency response. Training is delivered at the customer’s site or at our facilities in Norway or China. Typical courses run 1–3 days depending on scope and attendees’ existing experience level.
For customer engineering teams — whether you are specifying equipment, designing lifting operations, or evaluating third-party offers — we run technical workshops covering compensator selection, sizing methodology, classification requirements, and integration with vessel and crane systems.
